Thomas Vyncent was instituted as rector on 1440-07-25, and resigned by 1457-02-07. We know very little about him, except that he had money troubles. A calendar of court cases lists him together with Thomas Carpenter, parson of Salford, being sued by John Bromham of Newnham Priory for debt. Frustratingly, that website fails to give an intelligible date for the suit.
