These strange letters can be found in an envelope in a filing cabinet in Bedford Library, under Eversholt. They’re here under Linden for the moment because one of the letters was written and signed personally by Lucy Monoux, who was living at Linden at the time. They’re to do with various land deals. They’re almost illegible and need transcribing, but that may require going back to the library, the photos are not very good.
